Two straight friends shoot a gay adult movie in this riotous comedy! When two best friends, Jack and Phil, meet in a hotel to shoot a gay adult movie for the very first time, things don’t go to plan. Jack is struggling with life as an artist, whilst Phil is troubled with doubts about his sexual identity. Then, one night, they hatch a plan to create an art film of “two really straight men having sex”. This laugh out-loud comedy is a goofy deeper analysis of human nature. Freely inspired by the independent movie “Humpday”, the show opened at Colchester Fringe Festival and had three sell-out runs in Edinburgh Fringe, at the International Dublin Theatre Festival and at the Teatro Renzo Casali in Milan. This comedy drama was also awarded the prestigious “Premio Internazionale Fëdor Dostoevskij” in Italy. “The duo got no shortage of laughs from the audience but also delivered a huge amount of depth to the characters... ” Paperchampionzine “A tender, sweet play about male friendship, insecurity and how men don’t express their feelings. Very well performed” Britishtheatre.com “A tremendous comic treat” Culture Fix “Gentle comedy, charmingly played.” Nomoreworkhorse.com “Witty and funny” Derek Awards
