2025 AWARDS SEASON

The Off-Broadway League are presenting awards in 19 categories for the 33rd Annual Lucille Lortel Awards for Outstanding Achievement Off-Broadway and we're bringing you the winners live.

Outer Critics Circle, the organization of writers and commentators for media covering New York theatre announced today its award winners for the 2017-18 season in 27 categories.

An afternoon Island Celebration! The Theatre World Awards Board of Directors, Dale Badway, President, have announced, today, the 74th Annual Theatre World Awards Ceremony will take place at Circle in the Square. Theatre World Award Alum Victor Garber (Hello, Dolly!) will receive the 6th Annual John Willis Award for Lifetime Achievement In The Theatre, celebrating his 46th year on the Broadway stage.

The 2018 Tony nominees are already winners... literally. For some, this marks their first nomination, but others have already won Tony Awards in seasons past. We took a look at which nominees have won at least a Tony or two (or nine) - amongst them, they've gathered a total of 88 awards!

The Drama League has announced, today, that Taylor Louderman, Ashley Park, andKate Rockwell - the three 'Plastics' from this season's production of Mean Girls - will co-host the 84th Annual Drama League Awards on Friday, May 18, 2018.

Outer Critics Circle, the organization of writers covering New York theatre for out-of-town newspapers, national publications and other media beyond Broadway, has announced that Broadway stars Jenn Colella, Jim Dale, Christine Ebersole and Martha Plimpton will serve as gala award presenters for the 68th Annual Outer Critics Circle Awards ceremony on Thursday, May 24th (3PM) at the legendary Sardis Restaurant.

Everything's coming up Tonys! Spring has sprung, awards season has begun, and the latter is all that really matters to Broadway fans everywhere. Earlier this week, Katharine McPhee and Leslie Odom Jr. announced the 2018 Tony nominations, celebrating the best of the 2017-18 theatre season (and what a season it's been!). Leading the pack were Mean Girls and SpongeBob SquarePants: The Musical with 12 nominations, followed by Angels in America, Rodgers & Hammerstein's Carousel andThe Band's Visit with 11 and Harry Potter and the Cursed Child, Parts One and Two with 10. Tony Awards® Administration Committee has announced that based on the recommendation by the American Theatre Critics Association, that La MaMa E.T.C. (Experimental Theatre Club) in New York City, NY, will be the recipient of the 2018 Regional Theatre Tony Award. The honor is accompanied by a grant of $25,000.

The 9th Annual Lilly Awards Ceremony, which honours the accomplishments of women working in the American theatre, will take place on Monday, May 21st, 2018, at the Minetta Lane Theatre.
