America, the classic-rock band formed in 1970, brings their Happy Trails Tour 2026 to Ruth Eckerd Hall on October 2 at 7 PM. Known for timeless hits including A Horse With No Name, Ventura Highway, Tin Man, Sister Golden Hair, and Lonely People, the band has built a legacy spanning over five decades of melodic pop rock, folk-jazz, and country-rock influences. Grammy winners for Best New Artist in 1972, they collaborated extensively with legendary producer George Martin and have released numerous gold and platinum albums. The band currently tours with Dewey Bunnell at the helm following Gerry Beckley's retirement from touring in 2024.
