Federico a. Rosalie is a scenic concert of Amancio Prada directed by José Luis Gómez. The show includes the premiere of six poems galegos of Federico and his elegiac greeting to Rosalía de Castro.
The songs happen to composing a chord rosalorquiano open and seq of affinities and contrasts, assonances and tunes. A network of images, emotions and verses in Spanish and in Galician.
Next year is celebrated the 150th anniversary of the edition of Cantares Gallegos of Rosalía de Castro (1837-1885), the first great work of contemporary Galician literature.
In 1975 Amancio Prada devoted a monographic record to Rosalía de Castro. In 1997, expanding his cancionero rosaliano, recorded the Symphonic album Rosas a Rosalía. In 1986, Amancio Prada premiered the sonnets of dark love in the Teatro María Guerrero (CDN), with stage direction by Lluís Pasqual. It would subsequently pick up all your lorquiano repertoire in the sonnets and songs of Federico Garcia Lorca (2006) album. Recently put you music to the six Galician poems by Lorca (published in 1935) and more recently to the elegiac salutation to Rosalía de Castro, who wrote Federico in 1919.
Says Amancio has been to compose and combine these Galician songs of Lorca with the Rosalie when she realized the jonda harmony between both poets. Federico and Rosalie go hand in hand, dan is the soul. A Lorca galego and a jonda Rosalia.
