The Big Bad Musical at Roodepoort Theatre

The Big Bad Musical is a family courtroom comedy musical in which the Big Bad Wolf is hauled into court and slapped with a class-action lawsuit by fairy-tale characters including Little Red Riding Hood, her Grandmother, and the Three Little Pigs. The Fairy Godmother leads the prosecution while the Wolf's defence team fights to clear his name, resulting in a battle of accusations and unexpected twists. The production features original music by Matthew Marinus and a cast of 30 performers drawn from alumni, Accelerator Programme students, and part-time performers. A key feature of the show is that the audience serves as the jury and decides the Wolf's fate, making every performance a unique theatrical experience.
