Benny Andersson and Björn Ulvaeus' global smash hit musical Mamma Mia! welcomed a host of new Broadway stars to the Winter Garden Theatre stage on Tuesday, September 22, as Tony Award® nominee John Dossett, Tony Award® winner Beth Leavel, Patrick Boll, Alyse Alan Louis, Eric William Morris, Patrick Boll, David Andrew Macdonald, Alison Briner, Michael Mindlin and Halle Morse all joined the Broadway cast for the mega hit!

Benny Andersson and Björn Ulvaeus' global smash hit musical Mamma Mia! officially became the 15th longest-running show in Broadway history on Saturday, June 27th when it played its 3,183 performance, surpassing the record previously held by the play Tobacco Road.

On September 4th, 2008 Mamma Mia! became the sixteenth longest running show in Broadway history, surpassing Hello Dolly! Nearly seven years after opening at the Winter Garden Theatre, Mamma Mia! has remained in the Million Dollar Club, and among Broadway top five selling musicals for the past seven consecutive weeks, a landmark not achieved since 2002.
