The Chris Columbus-directed big budget film of the late Jonathan Larson's Broadway musical 'Rent' was the fifth highest-grossing film of the Thanksgiving holiday weekend.

Cast members from the film version of RENT performed 'Seasons of Love,' one of the show's most well-known tunes prior to a screening of the film at the Apollo Theatre on Tuesday November 22nd. The film is being released nationwide on November 23rd.
