After performances of Broadway's IF/THEN, Tony Award winner Idina Menzel has promised audience members that she will perform 'Let It Go,' the hit song from Disney's animated feature film 'Frozen,' if $5,000 is collected for the organization.

Idina Menzel had promised Facebook fans a special surprise when she reached 1 million fans, and she has been posting hints about it for a few days now. As of today, the surprise is finally here! Today, Actors' Equity Association named IF/THEN the recipient of the 'Extraordinary Excellence in Diversity on Broadway' Award for the 2013-14 theatrical season. The award honors shows that exemplify and promote the union's founding principles of diversity, inclusion and equal opportunity for all who work in the theatre.
