Grande will return to Broadway in the smash-hit musical beginning November 10, 2014. Grande will star in the role of 'Franz' - the free-spirited son of German developer Hertz Klineman, who threatens to tear down the Sunset Strip - through January 18, 2015. Happy Birthday Jeremy Jordan! This year, Jordan was nominated for a Tony Award for his role as Jack Kelly in NEWSIES, which he began with Paper Mill Playhouse's U.S. touring production in 2011. Jordan has also appeared in Broadway's Bonnie & Clyde in 2011, as well as Rock of Ages and West Side Story in 2009. He guest-starred on Law & Order: SVU in 2008 and appeared in the film Joyful Noise. He will soon appear on the upcoming second season of NBC's SMASH.

The American premiere of John Doyle's Ten Cents a Dance opens today on the Williamstown Theatre Festival (WTF) Main Stage. In the midst of finishing up Footloose and filming Rock of Ages in Miami, Julianne Hough found some time to support the American Humane Association at the VA Medical Center in Manhattan, giving a concert for patients with therapy dogs. While on hand, Hough helped launch the American Humane Association's voting campaign for the inaugural 'Hero Dog Awards.' CESAR Canine Cuisine will be making donations to the American Humane Association for each vote cast for a favorite dog hero at www.HeroDogAwards.org, helping to promote the use of therapy dogs to those in need. Hough spoke with Entertainment Tonight about the project, making sure to also reiterate how much fun the cast and crew are having in Miami on the ROCK OF AGES set.

The City of New York and the United States Navy and Fleet Week Committee celebrated the 24th annual Fleet Week, last week through May 30, 2011. Fleet Week is America's premier tribute and 'thank you' to the men and women who serve in the armed forces. On Friday, May 27, cast members from current Broadway shows PRISCILLA QUEEN OF THE DESERT, ANYTHING GOES, JERSEY BOYS, CHICAGO, MAMMA MIA and ROCK OF AGES performed for the troops. Hosted by Tom Bergeron ('America's Funniest Home Videos') and Brooke Burke ('Dancing with the Stars' Season Seven Champion), the celebrities perform choreographed dance routines which will be judged by renowned Ballroom judge Len Goodman and dancer/choreographers Bruno Tonioli and Carrie Ann Inaba.
