Last night students at Revere High School brought musical theater back to the school after a 30 year intermission with a production of Lin-Manuel Miranda's In the Heights.

On Sunday, March 9, 2008, In The Heights officially opened on Broadway at the Richard Rodgers Theater. With music and lyrics by Pulitzer Prize winner, Lin-Manuel Miranda, a book by Quiara Alegra Hudes, and conceived by Miranda, In The Heights was directed and choreographed by Tony Award winners Thomas Kail and Andy Blankenbuehler.

In the Heights might have wrapped up its Broadway run back in 2011, but creator Lin-Manuel Miranda is still treating fans to lost treasures from the show.
