The hit Broadway musical Wicked, a longtime partner of the national bully prevention organization BullyBust, will join with Givenik.com to raise funds and awareness for BullyBust on Tuesday, January 17th. All tickets purchased through Givenik.com for the 7pm performance of Wicked on Tuesday, January 17th will also provide admission to a private post-performance reception at Planet Hollywood with Wicked cast and creative team members. Winner of 35 major awards including the Grammy Award and three Tony Awards, Wicked is the untold story of the witches of Oz. Long before Dorothy drops in, two other girls meet in the land of Oz. One, born with emerald-green skin, is smart, fiery and misunderstood. The other is beautiful, ambitious and very popular. Wicked tells the story of their remarkable odyssey, how these two unlikely friends grow to become the Wicked Witch of the West and Glinda the Good.

In honor of its 8th Anniversary on Broadway, the blockbuster musical Wicked treated its fans to a special 'Ultimate Encore' performance on Sunday, October 30th. Over 10,000 Wicked fans cast their votes online for their favorite song from the musical to be performed by the current Broadway cast for this one-time-only performance following this Sunday's matinee. The 'Ultimate Encore' performance was broadcast worldwide over Facebook that evening at 9pm for Wicked fans across the globe and features appearances by Wicked alumni, composer Stephen Schwartz & More!

Stephen Schwartz is arguably most widely known for his smash hit Wicked, which debuted in 2003 and still tops the weekly grosses to this day. The show's final duet has been popping up all over this week - from GLEE to OPRAH - and who better to hear perform the song than the composer himself? Stephen Schwartz is the man behind the music of one of Broadway's biggest hits - Wicked, which debuted in 2003 and still consistently tops weekly grosses - but his daughter Jessica Schwartz put in a helping hand for the show's final duet. 'For Good' was inspired, at least in part, by Jessica's relationship with her best friend. Below, hear her talk about the song's origins.

With sales surpassing the two million mark, the Grammy® award-winning original cast recording of Wicked has officially been certified double platinum by the Recording Industry Association of America. Since its opening, the production has continued to captivate audiences and currently ranks in the top 20 of Broadway's longest running shows, having played over 2,910 performances to date. Broadway's current Elphaba (Mandy Gonzalez), Glinda (Katie Rose Clarke) and the cast of Wicked surprised the 5 millionth Broadway audience member at the smash-hit musical on September 29. The winner was surprised during the matinee curtain call and presented with the Key to the Emerald City in addition to additional prizes. The best of Broadway is being presented free on six consecutive Thursdays this summer with '106.7 Lite fm Presents Broadway in Bryant Park 2010' - a lunchtime series which began on Thursday, July 8th at 12:30pm on the Bryant Park Stage. Sponsored by Bank of America, and JCPenney 33rd & 6th, and hosted by Lite fm's on-air personalities, the tenth annual presentation of open-air, On- and Off- Broadway lunch hour performances runs through August 12th.

Composer/lyricist Stephen Schwartz and Kerry Ellis, current star of the Broadway smash Wicked, in full costume as the show's green heroine, Elphaba, The Wicked Witch of The West, lit the Empire State Building green on Monday, October 27th. The building glowed Wicked green from dusk to midnight on Monday in honor of Wicked's 5th Anniversary Celebration.
