As they prepare for their Lincoln Center debut at “Summer for the City,” the Hot Toddies Jazz Band announced today the upcoming release of its debut full-length eponymous album. Hailed as New York City's leading hot jazz and swing band, the Hot Toddies recorded 11 fan-favorite, fun-loving tracks imbibing the high-and-not-so-dry spirits of the Prohibition Era.

The Black Box, Northern NJ's incubator for new and under produced works from world-class artists, is proud to announce that EDWARD ALBEE: FROM A TO ZOO will continue on Wednesday June 28th at 7:30PM with FINDING THE SUN (1987) and MARRIAGE PLAY (1987).

The evening flows with hymns offered to the eternal goddess creating a melange of music, movement, poetry, and mysticism. The experience is designed and directed by Omkar Bhatkar based on the newest translation of Narayana Guru's poems titled 'Cry in the Wilderness' by Vinaya Chaitanya.

Beginning today, guests visiting the Museum of Broadway can view new artifacts including Patina Miller's stunning purple costume from Into The Woods, a caftan worn by Bette Midler in I'll Eat You Last, as well as various props used onstage by Midler in the 2017 revival of Hello, Dolly! 

Lottie Walker will appear as Sara in Chopped Liver & Unions, by J.J. Leppink, at theSpace on the Mile from 4-26 August as part of the 2023 Edinburgh Festival Fringe. The one-woman play gives a vivid account of her life and the long struggle to improve the working conditions of female garment workers in the East End of London. 

Berkshire Theatre Group (BTG) and WAM Theatre have announced the addition of two extra performances of their co-production, What the Constitution Means to Me. Due to overwhelming demand and the incredible response from audiences, these additional shows will take place on Sunday, May 28 at 7pm, Tuesday, May 30 at 7pm and Sunday, June 4 at 2pm at the Unicorn Theatre in Stockbridge, MA.

The Tony Awards Administration Committee has announced that based on the recommendation by the American Theatre Critics Association, Pasadena Playhouse, in Pasadena, California, will be the recipient of the 2023 Regional Theatre Tony Award. The honor is accompanied by a grant of $25,000, made possible by City National Bank's generous support.
