The virtual reading of two-time Tony winner Joe DiPietro’s CONSCIENCE is returning by popular demand tomorrow (Wednesday) through this Sunday, November 15th.

The original cast of two-time Tony winner Joe DiPietro’s CONSCIENCE has come together again for a virtual reading of the play with George Street Playhouse for streaming this week ending today (Saturday). Due to the shutdown of theaters throughout the state in March, the world premiere of the production was canceled just days after it opened.  

Releasing a CD of vocal works entirely made up of 20th and 21st century composers is a brave and bold effort on his part.

Due to the shutdown of theaters throughout the state in March, the world premiere of the production was canceled just days after it opened.  

The groundbreaking reading series continues as Obie Award winner Metropolitan Playhouse presents its next free 'screened' reading: VOTE THE NEW MOON, by Alfred Kreymborg, live-streamed at no charge, with talkback to follow, on October 24th, 2020 at 8 PM, EDT.

There was a huge response to the Silver Gull Play Award this year, with the plays displaying a wide variety of subject matter and a high standard of writing.

On Wednesday, October 21st at 1PM EST, Bridge To Broadway will return for a one-time live interview and interactive Q & A with Oscar, Tony, and Golden Globe winner Joel Grey, with a percentage of net proceeds benefitting St. Jude's Research Hospital.

Tony Award winner Karen Ziemba and Tony Award nominee Patrick Page head the dynamic cast of TheatreWorks Silicon Valley's benefit online reading of Shakespeare in Vegas, a rollicking comedy by Suzanne Bradbeer. Presented by TheatreWorks' New Works from Home program in partnership with Vegas Theatre Company, this fizzy comedy features the unlikely pairing of a Vegas impresario with a dream and a despondent New York actor who join forces to bring the Bard of Avon to Sin City. Directed by Las Vegas native and TheatreWorks' Artistic Associate and Director of New Works Giovanna Sardelli, Shakespeare in Vegas will be offered via video streaming from Thursday, July 23rd at 6PM (PT) until Monday, July 27th at 6PM (PT). The Cape Cod Theatre Project (CCTP) announces that Academy Award-nominee Paul Giamatti, and Golden Globe-nominee and star in Showtime's Billions, Corey Stoll will perform in playwright Kevin Artigue's, I, My Ruination, directed by CCTP Artistic Director Hal Brooks. The play will be live-streamed on July 23rd and 25th at 7:00pm and patrons can attend the performances via an All Access Pass with a donation of $100 or more. A limited number of individual performance passes will also be made available later this month.
