The Lion, a one-man folk musical telling a true story of survival, will open Arizona Theatre Company's 55th season after its run at Southwark Playhouse in London. The show will be directed by Kasser Family Artistic Director Sean Daniels alongside Alex Stenhouse, with actor, singer, and musician Max Alexander-Taylor starring in the lead role of Ben.

Full casting has been announced for the North American tour of Disney's Aladdin. The production will feature Adi Roy (Aladdin), Marcus M. In celebration of its 10th Anniversary, Ferocious Lotus Theatre Company presents EVOLUTION, a festival of six original short plays exploring what it means to be Asian/Asian-American (initially slated to premiere in 2020).
