Nederlander Presentations, Inc., James L. Nederlander, President, is pleased to announce the North American tour of Lincoln Center Theater's critically-acclaimed production of Lerner & Loewe's MY FAIR LADY. Rafael Payare's highly anticipated inaugural concerts as San Diego Symphony's Music Director Designate take place as part of the annual January Festival. It will mark his only Jacobs Masterworks appearance this season and will feature acclaimed cellist Alisa Weilerstein and the orchestra's first-ever performance of Benjamin Britten's Symphony for Cello and Orchestra. He will also perform in a special Discovery Night concert on January 10, with all funds from this concert going to support the San Diego Symphony's Learning and Community Engagement programs.

Looks like the West End will be getting to know Kelli O'Hara and Ken Watanabe. According to a report by the Daily Mail, Lincoln Center Theater's production of THE KING AND I 'has its eye on the London Palladium for a limited season next year.'

California School of the Arts - San Gabriel Valley (CSArts-SGV) Musical Theatre, Acting and Integrated Arts students in grades seven through 11 collaborate with Broadway actor and singer David Burnham for the school's first-ever "Performing with the Pros" event. Burnham has been an artist-in-residence at the school for several weeks helping to direct, create and rehearse the show. Best known for originating the role of Fiyero in the popular musical "Wicked," Burnham was also an original cast member in "The Light in the Piazza," performing both on the Tony Awards and the PBS telecast "Live From Lincoln Center." He replaced Donny Osmond as Joseph in the national tour of "Joseph and the Amazing Technicolor Dreamcoat." Acclaimed for his "dazzling singing" and "infectious energy" (The Hollywood Reporter), Burnham also performs solo and with symphonies across the nation.

Roundabout Theatre Company has announced the seventh annual Roundabout Underground Reading Series, a five-night event that includes nightly readings of new works written and directed by emerging artists, as well as post-show receptions. The Reading Series will feature new works by Selina Fillinger, Harrison David Rivers, Korde Arrington Tuttle, Calamity West and Daniel Zaitchik.

Broadway is going to get hot in 2019. Roundabout Theatre Company (Todd Haimes, Artistic Director/CEO) just announced a new Broadway production of the Tony Award-winning musical comedy Kiss Me, Kate starring Kelli O'Hara in the hilarious duo leading roles of Kate and Lilli Vanessi.

Five theatre directors are slated for the fifth Sundance Institute | LUMA Foundation Theatre Directors Retreat, which convenes in Arles, France, August 25 through September 7. The Retreat is one of 24 residencies and Labs the Institute hosts annually across the world, and is an integral part of the Theatre Program's ongoing engagement with global theatremakers. 

New York City's famed MasterVoices (formerly The Collegiate Chorale) - founded in 1941 by legendary conductor Robert Shaw - will celebrate its 75th anniversary during the 2016-2017 season.
