The Jazz Ensembles of Mount Holyoke College present the 15th edition of The Big Broadcast! on Saturday, March 7 at 2PM & 7:30PM at Chapin Auditorium, Mount Holyoke College, in South Hadley, MA. Created and directed by Mark Gionfriddo, who is also onstage as a?oeMatt Morgana??, The Big Broadcast! is a re-creation of a live 1940's radio show featuring the Mount Holyoke College Big Band, Vocal Jazz, and Chamber Jazz Ensembles performing well-known tunes from the swing era and the American songbook. WWLP-TV meteorologist Brian Lapis is emcee a?oeFred Kelleya?? for his 13th consecutive season. Mount Holyoke alum, bassist and singer Caitlin Jaene Mercer, will join The Big Broadcast! as special guest.

Disney Theatrical Productions today announces public on sale dates for their new production of Frozen in London's West End. The production will reopen the newly refurbished Theatre Royal Drury Lane, with previews commencing in October 2020. With music and lyrics by Kristen Anderson-Lopez and Robert Lopez, and book by Jennifer Lee, Frozen a?' directed by Michael Grandage - opens for priority booking late January 2020, with general on sale on 6 March 2020. Groups and schools booking opens on 24 February 2020.

Broadway Dreams once again demonstrated the unifying power of the arts when the internationally renowned performing arts education program sent a team of Broadway professionals to Moscow, Russia for the fourth consecutive year. Through a landmark partnership created between the non-profit organization, Broadway Moscow Theatre Company, the U.S. Embassy, and the U.S. Department of State, Broadway Dreams offered their unique brand of Broadway master classes to professional and aspiring Russian musical theater performers of all ages during a ten-day intensive program. The collaboration culminated in two public performances at the MDM Theatre on Wednesday, April 24, 2019.
