PRIMARY STAGES announced casting for On That Day in Amsterdam by Clarence Coo (People Sitting in Darkness) and directed by Zi Alikhan (The Boy Who Danced on Air). On That Day in Amsterdam will begin previews at 59E59’s Theater A on July 23, 2022, with opening night set for August 11 for a limited run through September 4, 2022.

Sondheim's macabre musical Sweeney Todd, arrives in Brazil. The show opened on March in Sao Paulo for a short season and takes place on the 033 Rooftop of Teatro Santander. With direction by Ze Henrique de Paula, the Brazilian production stars Rodrigo Lombardi (Sweeney), Andrezza Massei (Mrs. Lovett), and Mateus Ribeiro (Tobias Ragg).

Recorded at Nashville’s Welcome to 1979 studio, the project was created for Record Store Day 2021 and consists of seven new versions of songs by The Rolling Stones: “All Down the Line,” “Sway,” “Can’t You Hear Me Knockin’,” “Tumbling Dice,” “Just My Imagination (Running Away With Me),” “I Got The Blues” and “Street Fighting Man.”
