Golden Globe winner Amanda McBroom returns to Birdland on this month to celebrate her new holiday album, WINTERSONG.

After a dozen years of sold-out engagements at the Art House, and a Covid-necessitated poolside show at the Crown & Anchor in 2020, Maye is back this year to give a Broadway-themed concert at Town Hall on August 25, with Tedd Firth on piano, Steve Doyle on bass, and Daniel Glass on drums.

Country music legend T.G. Sheppard is celebrating the 45th Anniversary of his #1 classic hit single “Last Cheater’s Waltz,” which was released in August 1979 on Warner Brothers Records. Nelson Aspen and Allyson Briggs have a new tribute show to the great Tony Bennett, who passed away last July at the age of 96. You can catch Tony Bennett: A Tribute on August 7th at the Green Room 42 near Times Square. The Green Room 42 show will feature clips from his time with Bennett, reflections on his humanitarian work, career highlights, support of young musicians, and, of course, plenty of songs from the great American songbook that Bennett infused with his signature style.

Acclaimed pianist and singer Steve Ross returns to Birdland on 8/19 with 'I Remember Him Well: The Songs of Alan Jay Lerner,' celebrating the legendary lyricist's timeless music.

Birdland Jazz Club and Birdland Theater are open this July with a full slate of nightly performances.

 The Muny has announced its full cast, design and production teams for Disney's The Little Mermaid, the third show in the theatre's 106th season, which runs July 8-16 on the James S. McDonnell Stage in Forest Park.

Jimmy Tingle began his career as a comedian many years ago, busking in Harvard Square. Then he brought his first one-man show, Jimmy Tingle's Uncommon Sense, to the American Place Theater in the early 90's.
