The Coppell Arts Center has announced its 2022-2023 presentation season, featuring nine thrilling productions. Following an incredible opening year, the Center’s second series will be one for the ages.

Legendary rock band The Who have announced a brand new tour for 2022, THE WHO HITS BACK! The iconic band’s upcoming North American trek promises to be another rock n’ roll knockout, bringing singer Roger Daltrey and guitarist/songwriter Pete Townshend back to U.S. venues. Cotuit Center for the Arts has announced another season jam-packed with programming, Gallery exhibits, classes, fundraisers, and more. After reopening in 2021 following the 2020 lockdown, the Center came back strong and laid some exciting groundwork for 2022.

Clementine Was Right, the indie rock project led by Denver-based poet and fiction writer Mike Young, have released “Dreaming of Dancing in a Different Town.” The song — highlighted with pensive storytelling — marks the lead off single from Can’t Get Right With the Darkness, the band’s sophomore LP offering. The annual Morristown Jazz & Blues Festival returns to the Green on Saturday, September 18, from noon until 10:00 p.m. Canceled because of the pandemic in 2020, this year's free concert pays tribute to one of its founders Linda Kiger Smith and Mike Fabrizio, a longtime member of the festival committee, both of whom passed away in June.

The 57th annual festival, dedicated to co-founder Dr. Billy Taylor in honor of his 100th Birthday, takes over stages across the city to present a diverse roster of jazz icons and emerging artists.

Today the Royal Opera House has announced more details of its schedule of in-person and streamed Spring and Summer performances, with public booking opening on 7 May 2021 and the doors opening to socially-distanced, in-person audiences from 17 May 2021.  

The criteria are that these shows have been nominated for Best Musical from the 3rd Tony Awards (the ceremony that started the Best Musical category) in 1949 to the nominations of what will now be the 74th Tony Awards in 2021. I will be determining their signs based upon their Broadway premiere date. With those rules in mind, here we go!
