The Acting Company's Artistic Director Kent Gash and Managing Director Erik Schroeder have announced casting for the national tours of The Three Musketeers and Romeo and Juliet launching in New York City and playing over 27 engagements in 16 states.

ALICE, a new operetta, will make its NYC premiere at The Tank August 11th - 14th. The work features a libretto and direction by Emily Drossell, an original score and music direction by George Luton, and choreography by Logan Pitts. ALICE also features the talents of Bianca Barragan, Michael Cagnetta, and Sami Hodes.

The Tank will present Immense Joy, a new work devised and directed by downtown luminary Anna Kohler in collaboration with performers Natalia de Campos, Justin Gordon, John Hagan, Fabio Tavares, and associate director Caleb Hammond. The performances run from September 8 through 18, 2022.

Orchestral principal and chamber musician Simon Cobcroft has been appointed Artistic Director of South Australia’s acclaimed Coriole Chamber Music Festival for three years commencing in 2023. Simon takes over the Directorship from his friend and colleague Anna Goldsworthy who has directed the event since 2019.

Seattle mourns the loss of one of its most talented, caring, and inspiring souls with the recent death of Nick Garrison. Nick passed away unexpectedly while walking one of his favorite scenic trails, shortly before he was discovered on the morning of Tuesday, July 26, 2022.

Poway OnStage, a dba of the Poway Center for the Performing Arts Foundation, is proud to announce the appointment of Sharlene O'Keefe to the position of Executive Director.  O'Keefe assumed the role on July 1, 2022 and her duties will include overseeing the operations of the 32-year-old non-profit including programming the annual Professional Performance Series at the Poway Center for the Performing Arts and guiding the organization's Arts in Education Initiative.  She fills the position held by Michael Rennie who had served as Executive Director/CEO since 2009.
