Boston Playwrights' Theatre (BPT) continues its 2017-18 season with the Boston premiere of Elemeno Pea by Molly Smith Metzler. Running from November 2-19, the comedy is directed by Shana Gozansky.

When David Moscow made his 'Big'-screen debut in 1988, it was huge. The 2017-2019 season will train, and present new works from, composers Matthew Browne, Scott Ordway, Frances Pollock, Pamela Stein Lynde, Liliya Ugay, and Amber Vistein and librettists Laura Barati, Kim Davies, and Sokunthary Svay. The primary focus of Composers & the Voice is to give emerging composers and librettists experience working collaboratively with singers on writing for the voice and contemporary opera stage.

On May 6th Unscrewed Theater celebrates Not Burnt Out Just Unscrewed's 15th birthday with a special "super sized" show.  It includes the current cast as well as many alumni cast members!  Not Burnt Out Just Unscrewed (NBOJU) has been a mainstay of Tucson's comedy scene since 2002. Cast members perform for the shear love of entertaining people with their amazing short form improv comedy shows. 

Trudeau will unveil the piece May 15 at Pangea Supper Club, 178 Second Ave. (East Village), accompanied by her arranger, David Lahm on piano and by Ben Lapidus on guitar and percussion.

Prospect Theater Company (Cara Reichel, Producing Artistic Director / Melissa Huber, Managing Director) will present a new actor-musician workshop staging of Illyria on Saturday, April 22, 2017 at 4pm and Sunday, April 23, 2017 at 7pm. Illyria features book, music, and lyrics by Peter Mills and is adapted from Shakespeare's Twelfth Night by Mills and Reichel.
