The British Academy of Film and Television Arts Los Angeles (BAFTA Los Angeles) is pleased to announce that beloved actor Dick Van Dyke will receive the Britannia Award for Excellence in Television at the 2017 AMD British Academy Britannia Awards Presented by American Airlines.  This year's event will take place on Friday, October 27, 2017 at the Beverly Hilton Hotel.

Cast members perform for the shear love of entertaining people with their amazing short form improv comedy shows.

Historical novelist Annette Oppenlander Completes True Family Saga After 15 years of research and writing, editing and rewriting, local historical author, Annette Oppenlander, releases her fifth novel, 'Surviving the Fatherland.' Spanning thirteen years from 1940 to 1953 and set against the epic panorama of WWII, 'Surviving the Fatherland' is a sweeping saga of family, love, and betrayal that illuminates an intimate part of history seldom seen: the children's war.
