The production will officially inaugurate the company's 2018-2019 season at the Plaxall Gallery in Long Island City, following a week long development workshop in the space.

The limited performances run November 8 through November 18 in the Lackland Performing Arts Center at 715 Grand Avenue Hackettstown, NJ. Directed by Mikaela Kafka, the production stars Colleen Smith Wallnau.

Each year, these performances attract thousands of new guests to live theatre at Cleveland Play House. Ford's Theatre Director Paul R. Tetreault announced that acclaimed Washington actor Craig Wallace will return to Ford's to perform the role of Ebenezer Scrooge for the company's holiday production of A Christmas Carol. Performances of the classic Charles Dickens story begin November 15 and continue for a six-and-a-half-week engagement through December 30, 2018. This "musically high-spirited" and "infectiously jolly" (The Washington Post) production is adapted by Michael Wilson and directed by Michael Baron.

Broadway In Boston is thrilled to announce that Roald Dahl's CHARLIE AND THE CHOCOLATE FACTORY will go on sale Sunday, October 28, 2018. Roald Dahl's CHARLIE AND THE CHOCOLATE FACTORY will play at the Boston Opera House January 8 - 20, 2019 as part of the 2018-2019 Lexus Broadway In Boston Season.

Do you know what the nickname of September 13 is? It is called the "Roald Dahl Day," a holiday dedicated to the beloved storyteller, Roald Dahl. Out of his amazing books such as Charlie and the Chocolate Factory, The BFG, James and The Giant Peach, Royal Shakespeare Company had chosen Matilda as its next big musical project. MATILDA was first premiered on West End in 2011, following with a Broadway premiere in 2013. Since then, this show has been produced in several English-speaking countries. However, in 2017, a rumor began to spread that they were having their first non-English speaking country production. Everybody was excited to find out which country took the honor. Finally, in August 16th, 2018, the first non-English speaking production of MATILDA had its first premiere in LG Arts Center of Seoul, South Korea.

Following a sold-out performance in 2017, The Nightmare Before Christmas: The Concert returns to Feinstein's/54 Below, Broadway's Supper Club, for a three-night engagement on Friday, October 26th; Wednesday, October 31; and Thursday, December 13, 2018. Fox Stage Productions and Kevin McCollum have announced the creative team for the new Broadway-bound musical MRS. DOUBTFIRE. Four-time Tony Award Winner Jerry Zaks, (most recently represented on Broadway by the hit revival of Hello, Dolly!) will direct, joined by Tony Award Nominees (for Something Rotten!) John O'Farrell and Karey Kirkpatrick (book) and Karey and Wayne Kirkpatrick (music and lyrics).
