Olivier Award and KAIROS Prize-winning choreographer Sidi Larbi Cherkaoui has joined the creative team of the musical adaptation of Alanis Morrisette's album Jagged Little Pill. American Repertory Theater artistic director Diane Paulus will helm the production, which will feature a book by Diablo Cody (Academy Award winner for her screenplay of Juno) and songs from Morrisette's Grammy-winning album, co-written by Glen Ballard.

BroadwayWorld has learned that Alanis Morissette's JAGGED LITTLE PILL will make its musical debut in May 2018 at American Repertory Theatre. Diane Paulus is set to direct, with book written by Diablo Cody, and orchestrations by Tom Kitt.

GHOST THE MUSICAL features an original pop score from multiple Grammy Award-winners Dave Stewart (one half of the 80s pop duo the Eurythmics) and Glen Ballard (co-writer with Alanis Morissette on the multi-platinum album Jagged Little Pill, among many other notable credits and collaborations). It is adapted from the hit film by its Academy Award-winning screenwriter Bruce Joel Rubin (Ghost, Jacob's Ladder, The Time Traveler's Wife). Illusions are created by famous stage and film illusionist Paul Kieve (Hugo, Harry Potter and the Prisoner of Azkaban, Matilda the Musical, Pippin).
