Today, D23, the official Disney fan club, has announced the eleven recipients for the 2019 Disney Legends Award. The 29th annual Inside Out Toronto LGBT Film Festival (Inside Out), championing innovative LGBTQ filmmakers from across the globe, revealed its full feature and short film lineup. The announcement was made today by Inside Out's Executive Director Andria Wilson and the festival's Director of Programming Andrew Murphy. Inside Out, which launched the first ever annual LGBTQ Film Finance Forum, has established itself as an international home and incubator for LGBTQ emerging and established filmmakers. This year's festival will take place May 23 to June 2, 2019.

This is the driving idea behind Escape from Peligro Island, the latest offering from Imagination Stage. It's their first production using a choose-your-own-adventure element - every time our hero Callaway (Dallas Tolentino) is presented with a choice, the audience is asked to vote by holding up paddles - one side blue, one side red. 10 Hairy Legs, the male repertory dance company, holds its 7th consecutive New York Season with a return to New York Live Arts June 27-29. Adam Barruch currently creates and performs work under the epithet of his own company, Anatomiae Occultii. Written late in his career, SUDDENLY LAST SUMMER is a dramatic example of Williams' storytelling abilities, which focuses on the power and vulnerability that comes with the truth. Now playing onstage at Loyola University's Lower Depths Theatre, The Tennessee Williams Theatre Company's current run of SUDDENLY LAST SUMMER is a haunting rendition that perfectly honors Williams' 1958 Southern Gothic script.
