In 2015 the Orange Tree theatre staged Terence Rattigan's 1936 comedy French Without Tears to critical acclaim. It was such a hit that it was revived in 2016 and then proceeded to go on a successful nationwide tour.
The story follows a group of young men who are attending a summer French school in order to pass a diplomatic exam. Their studies are interrupted by the beautiful Diana whose systematic temptation and seduction of several members of the group causes both chaos and heartbreak.

The bars and nightclubs might be temporarily shut down, but that doesn't mean you still can't dance and sweat to the steamy new video for 'Suda.' The Curb Records artist first came onto the pop scene in 2016 with her Top 10 Radio Disney hit 'Go Steady' which has amassed more than 1 million career streams to date. Soon after, she moved to Miami to work with producer, songwriter, and frequent Pitbull collaborator IAmChino. It was during these sessions that 'Suda' was born, and the steamy dance-worthy track quickly caught the attention of Pitbull himself. Pfirrman and Pitbull confidently trade vocals on the track seamlessly alternating between English and Spanish. Pitbull is also highly prominent in the new music video for the single, as the two let loose in a Miami nightclub.

St. South hints at optimism through heartbreak with her latest self-produced track “If It's Not You (Feat. N.Y.C.K.).” While previously released song “Does Your Brain Ever Get This Loud?” is sprinkled with chillwave fuzz and a warm layered sample of her voice, “If It's Not You” ups the tempo, despite the fact it was written directly after a breakup. This juxtaposition between vulnerable storytelling and pop overtones is one of St. South's greatest strengths.

Austin-based band Star Parks' sophomore album The New Sounds of Late Capitalism is out now via Modern Outsider (order). Today the band has shared the official video for 'Palm Sunday,' the latest single from the album, with Flood Magazine. Star Parks' Andrew Bianculli tells Flood, “Director Vanessa Pla lives in Austin, Texas and is self-taught in her craft. She has been shooting on film for three years. When Star Parks came to her for a video, she was very excited to travel into a parallel dimension to capture real live working class gnomes. She tried very hard not to interfere with their lives and was only intending to observe their culture.“

Heather Orth stars as mysterious opium den proprietress Princess Puffer in Foothill Music Theatre's new production of Rupert Holmes' rollicking musical comedy a?oeThe Mystery of Edwin Drood.a?? A Tony Award winner for Best Musical, the show is based on an unfinished novel by Charles Dickens. As the novel was left incomplete, so is the show - up to a point. When the cast reaches the part in the story where Dickens left off, they put a vote to the audience at each performance as to how the show will end. Ms. Orth has been gracing Bay Area stages with astonishing frequency as of late. She possesses a big, flexible voice and the ability to charm the pants off you or break your heart with her emotional transparency. BroadwayWorld caught up with her recently while she was still in the thick of rehearsals for a?oeDrood.a?? She has often played characters older than she is, and as she matures one gets the sense she may just be coming into her own as a musical theater performer, and even bigger opportunities may be on the horizon.

Wild Rivers have announced their anticipated new EP, Songs To Break Up To, will be released on May 1st.
