Today, Grammy Award-winning global star Keith Urban has announced that Australian artists Amy Shark and John Butler will join him for the official Grand Opening of the Sydney Coliseum Theatre, West HQ on Saturday 21 December in a specially created show titled “Keith Urban and Friends”. ARIA award winning Butler and Shark have both been hand selected by Urban to accompany him on what is set to be one of Australia's biggest venue opening nights of the decade.

Broadway's Tony Award-winning Best Musical, Dear Evan Hansen, is currently in its third record-smashing year at the Music Box Theatre. Following the success of the Broadway production, a national tour launched soon after, bringing the story across North America. A sit-down production made its way to Toronto earlier this year, and will be followed by a West End production set to debut in October 2019 at the Noel Coward Theatre.

Written entirely in rhyming couplets, it follows a professional cynic who falls in love with an ingenue, and finds his devotion to insincerity tested. Now, it's the capper of Avant Bard's 29th season. I spoke to Minnicino about his career thus far, the adaptation process, and why audiences should be excited for this show.
