BMI (Broadcast Music, Inc.) today announced the appointments of Alfred C. Liggins, III, Chief Executive Officer of Urban One, Inc. (formerly known as Radio One) & Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of TV One, LLC and Craig Robinson, Executive Vice President and Chief Diversity Officer for NBCUniversal, to the BMI Board of Directors.

The criteria are that these shows have been nominated for Best Musical from the 3rd Tony Awards (the ceremony that started the Best Musical category) in 1949 to the nominations of what will now be the 74th Tony Awards in 2021. I will be determining their signs based upon their Broadway premiere date. With those rules in mind, here we go!

New Repertory Theatre has added ten fantastic new members to its Board of Directors. This fall, Magazzino Italian Art opens a special exhibition examining the formal, conceptual, and procedural affinities in the work of Mel Bochner, Alighiero Boetti, and Lucio Fontana. Curated by Bochner in collaboration with Magazzino, the exhibition marks the first presentation to consider the American artist's extensive, yet overlooked, engagement with the practices of Fontana and Boetti, as well as with Italian art at large.
