The New York Philharmonic today releases a new film featuring conductor and composer Daniela Candillari leading the orchestra's brass section in her own composition, Sonnet IX, as well as a program of Mussorgsky, Dorothy Gates, Michael Kamen, Bruckner, and Paul Terracini. The film is available for streaming for one month on the NYPhil+ platform, a streaming site of digital concerts and archival footage.

The track’s new video puts a different spin on the song’s concept, this time cutting between the intensity and magnetic charisma of Le’aupepe’s performance with a visual representation of him as a boy.

For me, an exciting evening in the theater and in the world of ballet. The name Ballet'X' connotes a modern term denoting non-gendered, non-binary, and inclusivity. I instantly discerned that this company was on top of the latest consciousness, and has incorporated not only this, but the latest trend of mixing forms of dance together, the latest in staging and technology, and superbly trained young, up-and-coming dancers. The program for the evening consisted of three new works, by three diverse, world-renowned choreographers, all set on the dancers in the company. This young company, based in Philadelphia, is amazingly together with an eclectic repertoire, presenting a clean, fully executed array of interesting choreography and interpretations.

Philadelphia-based outfit Clockwise On Fire has released their self-titled debut album. The 8-track collection showcases the duo’s sonic hybrid of psychedelic rock, progressive, funk, and alternative, which shapeshifts with each key change, as evidenced by the previously released singles “Dig” and “What Will You Forget”.
