The summer school holidays are here and so is Queensland Performing Arts Centre (QPAC)'s popular family program SummerSet, with a wonderful selection of shows on offer up to 13 January 2018.

Karena Johnson, Artistic Director of Hoxton Hall, today announces full cast for the world premi re of Oranges and Elephants, the first production in the venue's all-female spring season Female Parts. The musical centres on two rival female gangs in Victorian London blending Music Hall, Fairground and Musical Theatre storytelling.

The dynamic 26th annual season continues at the Raymond F. Kravis Center for the Performing Arts with nonstop concerts, shows and holiday presentations for every audience and all entertainment preferences throughout December and January:

Sumptuous costumes and inventive sets entice a new generation down the rabbit hole and into ALICE'S ADVENTURES IN WONDERLAND with The Australian Ballet. Christopher Wheeldon's captivating production, with music by Joby Talbot, first commissioned and performed by The Royal Ballet and the National Ballet of Canada, has come to entrance Sydney audiences in The Australian Ballet and The National Ballet of Japan's co-production.

The 2017 BroadwayWorld UK Awards honour the best productions from the past year around the country and the best long-running West End shows. Voting is open until midnight on Friday, 8 December, with the winners announced soon afterwards.

The Parisian Woman, the electrifying new play by 'House of Cards' creator Beau Willimon, directed by Tony Award winner Pam MacKinnon (Who's Afraid of Virginia Woolf?, Clybourne Park), starring Academy Award nominee Uma Thurman in her Broadway debut, opens on Broadway tonight, November 30, at Hudson Theatre (141 West 44th Street).
