Inspired by Dylan Thomas’ iconic radio play Under Milk Wood, The Forever Wave is set in a drowned San Francisco, circa 2070. The survivors of this speculative, water-logged world occupy the hilltops of San Francisco, California—now become individual islands, jutting up from a climate-change induced tide that rolled in one day and never rolled out.  

The Shakespeare Theatre of New Jersey (STNJ) will continue its 2023 Main Stage season with Samuel Beckett's Waiting for Godot. Kiss Me, Kate! is a musical written by Bella and Samuel Spewack ,with music and lyrics by Cole Porter. The story involves the production of a musical version of Shakespeare's The Taming of the Shrew and the conflict on and off-stage between Fred Graham, the show's director, producer, and star, and his leading lady, his ex-wife Lilli Vanessi.

In the exciting final week of Festival 2023, Lyon-based Compagnie Käfig will return to Jacob's Pillow for the first time in ten years with a unique performance bridging dance and technology from Aug. 23-27 in the Ted Shawn Theatre.
