Dear Evan Hansen comes to San Francisco's Curran theater December 5-30, 2018 following a record-breaking run in Los Angeles. In advance of the start of performances, the production announced today that it will host a digital ticket lottery offering fans the chance to purchase a limited number of $25 tickets available per performance.

Segerstrom Center for the Arts proudly presents Pasek And Paul: Up Close and Personal with Special Guests, an exclusive one-night-only event featuring the acclaimed Tony Award-winning duo Benj Pasek and Justin Paul on January 7, 2019 at 7:00 p.m. in Renee and Henry Segerstrom Concert Hall.

According to Deadline, Dear Evan Hansen will soon be adapted for the big screen! The Tony winning musical will be produced by Marc Platt and Adam Siegel, with creators Benj Pasek and Justin Paul expected to executive produce. Steven Levenson, who won a Tony Award for his book, will write the screenplay.

As BroadwayWorld reported earlier this month, Andrew Barth Feldman, the 16-year-old winner of the Best Actor Award at the 2018 National High School Musical Theatre Awards (known more commonly as the Jimmy Awards), will make his Broadway debut as 'Evan Hansen' on January 30, 2019.

In conjunction with its second year on Broadway, the Tony Award-winning Best Musical, Dear Evan Hansen celebrated another incredible milestone this week. In honor of the impact the acclaimed musical has had on fans all over the globe, Evan's now-iconic blue polo shirt and arm cast received an official induction into the Smithsonian National Museum of American History. Yesterday, Dear Evan Hansen celebrated two years on Broadway by donating to the Smithsonian on stage. The cast and creative team were joined by Smithsonian Institution representatives, Catherine Eagleton, Associate Director of Curatorial Affairs and Ryan Lintelman, Curator of Entertainment History.

Hot off a record-breaking, six-week sold-out engagement in Los Angeles, Center Theatre Group announced today that the national tour of “Dear Evan Hansen” will play a return engagement in Los Angeles in Center Theatre Group's 2020-2021 Season at the Ahmanson Theatre. Due to popular demand, a new block of tickets for performances May 28 through June 30, 2019 will be released for the highly anticipated first international production of the Tony & Grammy Award-winning musical Dear Evan Hansen. Will Roland (Broadway's 'Dear Evan Hansen') will head a cast of four in an innovative reading of 'Love Letters' by A.R. Dear Evan Hansen producer Stacey Mindich has just announced today that Andrew Barth Feldman, the 16-year-old winner of the Best Actor Award at the 2018 National High School Musical Theatre Awards (known more commonly as the Jimmy Awards), will make his Broadway debut as 'Evan Hansen' on January 30, 2019. Feldman - who is currently a high school junior at Lawrence Woodmere Academy in Woodmere, New York - takes over the role from Taylor Trensch, who plays his final performance on January 27, 2019 after a year in the title role. Original Broadway cast member Michael Lee Brown will continue his run as the 'Evan' alternate.

USC Shoah Foundation-The Institute for Visual History and Education (USC Shoah Foundation) announced a collaboration with David Korins Design-whose founder David Korins is the critically acclaimed designer behind Broadway smash hits Hamilton and Dear Evan Hansen-to bring USC Shoah Foundation content into museums and other organizational spaces for public exhibitions. The New York Pops, led by dynamic Music Director and Conductor Steven Reineke, opens its 2018-2019 Carnegie Hall season this Friday, October 19 at 8:00 p.m. in Stern Auditorium / Perelman Stage, with a program entitled Roll Over Beethoven: A Different Kind of Orchestra.
