Madison Square Garden announced today that by overwhelming demand, legendary musician and MSG franchise Billy Joel has added another show as part of his record-breaking residency at The World’s Most Famous Arena on Friday, September 9, 2022. The September show will mark Joel’s 83rd monthly and 129th lifetime show at The Garden.

On the heels of Friday night’s sold-out return to MSG, legendary musician Billy Joel will add his 80th monthly show at Madison Square Garden as part of his unprecedented franchise run on Saturday, May 14, 2022. The May 2022 show will mark Joel’s 126th lifetime performance.

Joel has been inducted into the Songwriter’s Hall of Fame and the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame and has received numerous industry awards including a Tony Award for “Movin' Out,” a Broadway musical based on Joel’s music.

This reimagined Man of La Mancha will feature Miguel Salas as Miguel Cervantes/Don Quixote, Annabell Mizrahi as Aldonza, and Radamés Medina Meléndez as Sancho.

HBO Max will also feature “Watch With Dad” trays across its Series and Movies Page, the HBO Hub and its Kids and Family Genre Page, including favored flicks and beloved series like “Daddy Day Care,” “Tenet,” the “Pink Panther” collection, “Ocean’s Eleven,” “Speed,” “Ford v. Ferrari,” “Tiger,” and “Happy Gilmore.” 

The album will be available, on colored vinyl, for the first time since 2002. Mirah’s critically-acclaimed 2004 album C’mon Miracle (named Best New Music by Pitchfork upon its release) will be available, on colored vinyl, for the first time since 2014.

The upcoming Billy Joel concert scheduled to take place at Madison Square Garden on Saturday, May 2, 2020 has been postponed to Friday, November 13, 2020. Tickets for the May 2 show will be valid for the performance on November 13.

The Madison Square Garden Company and Metropolitan Entertainment announced today that standup comedian Joe Rogan will be making his Madison Square Garden debut on Saturday, October 3, 2020 at 8PM, as part of his Sacred Clown Tour. Jeff Parry was raised in Ottawa, ON. His love of music began when he was 9 years old when he fell in love with The Beatles. I had the chance to speak with Parry on the eve of the Montreal run of the award winning musical, WE WILL ROCK YOU, a jukebox musical based on the songs of British rock band Queen with a book by Ben Elton, which lands in Montreal on February 10.
