Maryland Ensemble Theatre (MET) is bringing back its widely successful 2016 production of the timeless, sexy cult classic! Richard O'Brien's hit musical a?oeThe Rocky Horror Showa?? is a show like no other and has been making people jump up and dance to its fun and provocative songs for decades. This year the Frederick community can once again join in the fun, thanks to MET and Frederick Community College.

Richmond Triangle Players celebrates the greatest cult musical of all time with its production of Richard O'Brien's The Rocky Horror Show, in a strictly limited run, opening Friday October 18, 2019, at 8 pm, following one low-priced preview on Thursday, October 17 at 8 pm. The production will run just eleven performances, through October 26.

Join Dr. Frank 'N' Furter, Riff Raff, Brad, Janet and the cast of cult favorites when they time warp back to the Plaza Theatre next month in Lyric Theatre's 2019 edition of the fan-favorite The Rocky Horror Show.

These days gender is a much more fluid concept and cross-dressing is commonplace rather than quirky. Shows such as Everyone's Talking About Jamie and Kinky Boots have The Rocky Horror Show to thank for elevating cross dressing to the mainstream. Despite the fact that the show is no longer radical, here's still something deliciously teasing about a show that celebrates an alternative sexual reality and the joy of grown men wearing fishnets.

Comedian Dom Joly, actress Beverley Callard, TV presenter Alison Hammond, comedian Steve Punt and actor Philip Franks will star as The Narrator in the 2018/9 UK tour of The Rocky Horror Show. The five stars will take to the stage to perform the iconic role at various moments during the new national tour of the show, which opens at Theatre Royal Brighton this December and then travels across the country until November 2019. Producers Howard Panter, John Frost and GWB Entertainment have announced that Adam Rennie will be playing Frank N Furter for the forthcoming Brisbane and Perth seasons of The Rocky Horror Show.
