Chicago Shakespeare Theater has revealed the cast of the highly anticipated Illinoise, a new kind of musical based on Sufjan Stevens’ acclaimed concept album.

The multi-platinum Grammy-nominated hard rock band Godsmack will be hitting the road in 2024 — but doing things a little differently than their usual pyrotechnic arena show they will be stripping things down as their 'acoustic and electric performances and untold stories as their Vibez Tour in 2024.

The band is set to deliver a series of intimate evenings featuring acoustic/electric performances and untold stories in theatres across North America. The first leg is scheduled to begin on February 15 in Catoosa, OK, whole the second leg will kick off April 9 in Valley Center, CA. 

The duo look back at some of their most hilarious and heartfelt moments, including some best friend fights, and a touching montage of their fans, Mythical Beasts, who met due to their shared love of Good Mythical Morning, finding lifelong friendships and even partnerships. The celebration continues with a brand-new original song by Rhett & Link.

The Wooster Group will present the premiere of Get Your Ass in the Water and Swim Like Me, an original work for theater that explores a distinctive genre of Black American storytelling called Toasts.
