The Nai-Ni Chen Dance Company will perform a captivating evening at the Seattle International Dance Festival on June 8th, featuring the pieces Shadow Force and Way of Five Fire. Shadow Force, created during the pandemic, explores themes of human connection and longing, while Way of Five Fire delves into ancient Chinese philosophy regarding the cycles of nature and the five elements: wood, water, fire, metal, and earth. Under the leadership of Artistic Director Greta Campo and Executive Director Andy Chiang, the company continues to celebrate cultural storytelling through dance.
