7th Street Echo, written by Paige Hernandez and directed by Reginald L. Douglas, is a world premiere production at Mosaic Theater Company. The play follows Candela, a young woman determined to make music her life's work and carry on her father's legacy, while navigating family secrets and her mother's competing vision for her future. Featuring live Go-Go music and spoken word, the production celebrates DC's music and culture and explores the strength of family love.
