60's Band The Cowsills Perform Title Song from Broadway's HAIR

Yesterday, May 6, 2022, the The Cowsills appeared at the New Orleans Jazz Festival  and on the famed Gentilly Stage performed the title song from the legendary Broadway musical HAIR, as the climactic final number of their set this afternoon. The SRO festival crowd went wild! 

80's Band World Goes Round to Release New Undiscovered Track 'Round the World'

WORLD GOES ROUND, a supergroup of four songwriters, singers, and musicians which formed in the late 80s featuring Frank Musker, Elizabeth Lamers, Jeff Hull and Marty Walsh, will be releasing their second never-before-heard track titled 'Round The World' on Viper Records on July 3.

Last night, GETTIN' THE BAND BACK TOGETHER welcomed some high-profile guests, including Jose Llana, Celia Keenan-Bolger, Marsha Mason, Jaygee Macapugay, Nikka Graff Lanzarone and ONCE ON THIS ISLAND's Alex Newell. Baltimore 80's Tribute Band The New Romance Invited Back To China To Perform

It has been said that with enough talent and determination that music can take you anywhere. Well, for Baltimore's highly-acclaimed 80s tribute band The New Romance that means half away the world - twice. The group has revealed that they have been invited back to China to perform at the illustrious Starworld Casino in Macau, China as the headlining act for The British Business Association of Macau Annual Ball on June 22 and June 23.

Last night, the company of The Band's Visit (including Tony Award nominees Katrina Lenk and Ari'el Stachel), and the musical's on stage Alexandria Ceremonial Police Orchestra (George Abud, Ossama Farouk, Sam Sadigursky, Harvey Valdesand Garo Yellin) invited the real life NYPD Ceremonial Police Band (under the direction of Lieutenant Tony Giorgio). The band attended the performance, and then joined in on stage to play a song together.

It's A Big Band Christmas At The Players Centre With THE 1940'S RADIO HOUR

From Dec. 6 though 23, Strike up the band because the holidays are alive and thriving at The Players Centre for Performing Arts, in their production of The 1940's Radio Hour. With a book by Walton Jones, based on an idea by Walton Jones and Carol Lees, this patriotic holiday tale will give audiences a dose of nostalgic Christmas cheer. The Players production will have that big band sound you love with a 16-piece orchestra! Students from Pine View School, under the direction of Vic Mongillo, will volunteer their time and talents along with professional musicians to create that classic sound.
