Oops! We Lost a Nuke is a queer-led, absurd comedic satire set in the 1950s, in which four characters are performed — sometimes simultaneously — by two actors. When an unassuming pacifist hides a nuclear warhead using his government position, his affair with his secretary and his wife's affair with a visiting nuclear physicist become the least of their worries as the government closes in and secrets come to light. The cast features Fletcher Michael, Lucy Boisvert, Audrey Shaw, and Collin Dennis, with puppetry and humour reminiscent of Avenue Q. The show is produced by Infinite Monkey Theater Company, a New York-based company known for genre-defying and absurd original productions.
