Kelley O’Connor and Nicholas Phan sing seasonal selections, and the California Symphony Brass Quintet rounds out the unmistakable sound of the holiday season. Join 30 minutes ahead of the concert start time as Music Director Donato Cabrera interviews the featured performers.
Grammy-winning mezzo-soprano Kelley O’Connor teams up with acclaimed tenor Nicholas Phan to perform a mix of traditional holiday favorites and lesser known pieces in a program designed to get everyone in the spirit of the season.
California Symphony Brass Quintet—William Harvey (trumpet), Scott Macomber (trumpet), Meredith Brown (French horn), Don Benham (trombone) and Forrest Byram (tuba)—performs holiday favorites including arrangements by our very own principal tuba, Forrest Byram.
This concert is made possible by California Symphony donors, with additional support from a CARES Act grant from the National Endowment for the Arts (NEA).
