Black & White is a three-part choreographic evening by three different creators who work with Israel’s Kibbutz Contemporary Dance Company, one of the best contemporary dance companies in the world. Rami Be'er, author of the duet Butterflies, is the KCDC’s artistic director and choreographer. Itzik Galili, an Israeli who has been working in Amsterdam for many years, is the director and choreographer of Dansgroep Amsterdam. In 2009, Itzik Galili prepared his first show at the KCDC. Both choreographers are world-class artists whose work has had a huge impact on the choreographic language of Jacek Przyby?owicz, a long-time dancer of the KCDC who today runs the ballet company at Pozna?’s Teatr Wielki.
