ANGELMAKERS: Songs for Female Serial Kilers, Real/Time Intervention's first solo production, is a true-crime concert musical that explores the moments and motives of female serial killers throughout history. Part pop/rock, part country, all killer songs… Serial, Making A Murderer, The Keepers-- our culture is fascinated with true crime, but women aren't usually at the center of the story except as victims. Until now. Angelmakers asks: how does personal abuse lead to public rage? How does social iniquity breed violence? And how can we hold in one hand the evil that people do, and their inalienable humanity in the other?
