(Robin Williams did!) There's the obvious benefit that everybody points to with improv-an increased ability to think and speak on the fly, growing more comfortable with public speaking.

On September 10, 2020, Izzie's Caravan began a 10 month-long journey. The Caravan released the first single, 'Roadkill Rita' from their soon to be released album, 'Blow The Lid.'
