Moving Movies at Ballet Arizona

Ballet Arizona celebrates cinematic classics with its world premiere production of Moving Movies. Travel back in time to the golden age of Hollywood with a unique dance experience that takes ballet from the stage to the big screen.

Written and choreographed by Ballet Arizona’s resident choreographer, Nayon Iovino, Moving Movies will feature a new, full-length story ballet about a famous movie studio director who is abducted by opportunistic villains. Will a hero make it in time to save the day? Find out this February!
