A landmark opportunity to converse with one of the most esteemed Presidential Partners in United States History! At "The Sounds of Freedom," viewers return to the early days of our nation to converse with Dolley Madison, “The Presidentess,” and President James Madison, the 4th Commander-in-Chief of the United States of America. Dolley, portrayed by History At PlayTM, LLC Founder and Artistic Director Judith Kalaora, is one of the most esteemed First Ladies in history. James is portrayed by special guest Kyle Jenks, a Philadelphia-based living historian and tour guide. Dolley and James recount tales from their partnership as Washington City's first "power couple", recalling their climb up the political ladder, the composition of the United States Constitution, and the time that Dolley protected the portrait of His Excellency George Washington during the British attack on Washington City! If you are fortunate, you may even be invited to mix with legislators from across the aisle at one of Dolley’s famous “squeezes!"
