Terre Blair Hamlisch joined the cast of The Nutty Professor on stage Saturday, August 6 at Ogunquit Playhouse to pay tribute to her late husband, Marvin Hamlisch, on the 10th anniversary of his passing. The Nutty Professor was the last stage musical that Marvin Hamlisch completed before the composer died.

Hamilton will officialy open in Hamburg, Germany on October 4th.  The full cast has been announced for the musical, which will be led by Benet Monteiro in the title role. Last week, the full company met the press and performed selections from the show.

Producers Tim Forbes and Joey Parnes announced today that the upcoming premiere of KPOP, the new musical about the global K-pop phenomenon, will begin performances on Broadway with previews starting on Thursday, October 13, 2022, in advance of an opening night on Sunday, November 20, 2022. According to Cena Musical, Lab Cultura and Aventura Entretenimento opened performances of a new musical, Brilha la Luna. The musical is inspired by the Rouge's music and is ran at Teatro Prudential from November 2nd until December 16th.
