Earlier this month, a whopping fourteen new cast members joined the 35-member ensemble of The Ferryman, now performing at the Bernard B. Jacobs Theatre. Amongst them are three-time Tony Award nominee Brian d'Arcy James as Quinn Carney, Holley Fain as Caitlin Carney, and Emily Bergl as Mary Carney.
Jez Butterworth's The Ferryman - the critically-acclaimed new play recently named to an industry-leading 25 Best-Of-The-Year lists - will welcome many new cast members beginning Tuesday, February 19, with Brian d'Arcy James leading as Quinn Carney.
The Public Theater (Artistic Director, Oskar Eustis; Executive Director, Patrick Willingham) began previews on May 28 for THE COMEDY OF ERRORS, the first show of The Public's 2013 season of free Shakespeare in the Park at the Delacorte. Directed by Daniel Sullivan, THE COMEDY OF ERRORS will feature Jesse Tyler Ferguson and Hamish Linklater as Dromio and Antipholus respectively and will run through Sunday, June 30. Broadway's Julie Halston hosted the Third Annual Broadway Belts for PFF!to benefit the Pulmonary Fibrosis Foundation (PFF) Monday night, February 25 at Birdland Jazz Club (315 West 44th Street) as part of Broadway at Birdland series. All proceeds will benefit The Michael Kuchwara Fund for Idiopathic Pulmonary Fibrosis Research, Education, and Advocacy.
