The Rev Theatre Company launches its 2021 season with the smash hit 42nd Street. The show runs June 30 – July 28 at the Merry-Go-Round Playhouse in Emerson Park.

On June 30th, The REV Theatre Company reopens its historic flagship venue, the Merry-Go-Round Playhouse, with the song and dance spectacular, 42nd Street. The show marks the company's return to live performances and runs through July 28 at the Merry-Go-Round Playhouse in Emerson Park. The Merry a?" Go a?" Round Playhouse is now enchanting audiences with a breathtaking production of Grand Hotel the Musical. Director Brett Smock's productions often are memorable and this one is no exception. With the lavish set, spot on casting, and impressive choreography this production is one of the top productions I've seen presented at The Merry - Go a?" Round Playhouse.

The Finger Lakes Musical Theatre Festival (FLMTF) opens its second production this season, the song and dance spectacular, Grand Hotel. The show runs July 10 through July 31 at the Merry-Go-Round Playhouse in Emerson Park.

On his day off from appearing as Hermes in the Broadway production of Anais Mitchell's Hadestown at the Walter Kerr Theatre, two-time Tony nominee and Emmy winner Andre De Shields headed to the Victoria Theater at NJPAC in Newark to celebrate his company of fabulous singers and dancers under his direction in the Crossroads Theatre Company and NJPAC's co-production of Duke Ellington's Sophisticated Ladies. Symphony Siren and Broadway Diva N'Kenge (Motown: The Musical and Sondheim and Sondheim), is currently in Sophisticated Ladies, directed by Emmy Award Winner and multiple Tony Award Nominee Andre De Shields with choreography by Kimberly Schafer alongside other Broadway veterans and young stars.

Back by popular demand, The Green Room 42 and Iris Productions present the next in their popular 'YGB' concert series: YOUNG GIFTED & BLACK: CHRISTMAS - an evening celebrating both black excellence and the black experience, while inviting audience members to reminisce with some of their favorite Christmas Hits. Due to scheduling conflicts at the venue, The Green Room 42 has moved the show to Wednesday, December 12 at 9:30 PM.
