Boise Contemporary Theatre plans to produce Lauren Gunderson's I and You in 2021. The production is currently tentatively scheduled for March. 

This December, the Abbey Theatre will present Abbey Calling - a new initiative, bringing brilliant pieces of literature directly into the homes of those feeling isolated. A partnership with mental health charity, Aware, Abbey Calling sees 50 of Ireland's leading actors make up to 2,000 phone calls.

Following Tampa Repertory Theatre's (TampaREP's) live, virtual performance of Lauren Gunderson's play I and You on Sunday, November 22 at 3:00 P.M., Gunderson herself will join in a post-show talkback session along with the I and You cast, creatives, and a special Generation Z panel. Audience members will be able to join the Zoom talkback via a link on Broadway on Demand at the end of the live, streamed performance.

Acclaimed composer Lisa Bielawa has created Brickyard Broadcast, a spatialized work for hundreds of musicians that will have its world premiere in a Virtual Reality (VR) environment designed by the digital media teams at the NC State University Libraries.

A merging of mediums, a clashing of creativity: literature, music, and dance come together to explore the history of our country and its beloved authors. Come see the incredible cast of thirteen accompanied by original music, and be swept into a world of words and movement.

The first ever New Works Virtual Festival will stream video readings of 20 new non-musical scripts (19 plays, 1 teleplay) featuring the work of a diverse group of writers and all-star cast members.

Thanks to Skylight Run, located in Westchester, New York, a production company and facility she runs with her husband, respected sound designer Stuart Allyn, the live concert will be streamed on Friday, October 2, at 7:30 PM EDT, the audience can see it live or anytime after.

Theatre Wesleyan's 'Six Plays At Six Feet' semester of fall programming continues with an outdoor production of an original play written and directed by professor of theatre Connie Whitt-Lambert.  The production will be performed on the lawn of the Kay Granger Mall at Texas Wesleyan University.

The North Carolina State University Department of Music, with additional support from the Raleigh Civic Symphony Association and the Concert Singers of Cary, has commissioned acclaimed composer Lisa Bielawa to create Brickyard Broadcast, a spatialized work for hundreds of musicians that will have its world premiere in a Virtual Reality (VR) environment designed by the digital media teams at the NC State University Libraries, in two events on November 12, 2020 at 6pm ET and November 13, 2020 at 2pm ET. The Brickyard Broadcast VR environment will remain online, accessible to the public for free. Details about the November premiere events will be announced in early October.

The Des Moines Playhouse is welcoming audiences back into the theatre for two shows this fall, Weekend Comedy, Oct. 9-Nov. 8, 2020, and I and You, Oct. 16-Nov. 15, 2020. Weekend Comedy and I and You will be presented in repertory, alternating shows by the week.

Two prolific, award winning artists, Carl Hancock Rux and Mallory Catlett, both former artists in Mabou Mines' Resident Artist Program, embody the company's mission to foster the next generation of experimental theater artists and bring with them a strong vision for the future of Mabou Mines.

Auditions for two fall 2020 shows at The Des Moines Playhouse, I and You and Weekend Comedy, will be held virtually with an audition video submission deadline of 6:00 PM, Monday, Aug. 31, 2020.
