Erica Whyman has announced details of her final season of work as Acting Artistic Director of the Royal Shakespeare Company (RSC) ahead of her stepping down this month. 

The National Theatre has announced two new productions, Roald Dahl's The Witches, in a co-production with the Roald Dahl Story Company, and The Effect, in association with The Jamie Lloyd Company.

The cast has been announced for this summer's must-see West End comic caper, The Crown Jewels which plays at the Garrick Theatre from Friday 7  July – Saturday 16 September 2023 ahead of regional autumn engagements.

Jersey Boys has announced that its run at London's Trafalgar Theatre has been extended, and is now booking until 1st October 2023. This musical extravaganza goes behind the music and inside the story of Frankie Valli and The Four Seasons in the multi award-winning, true-life phenomenon, Jersey Boys.

Cheryl Hole (RuPaul's Drag Race UK Season 1 and Drag Race Vs The World), River Medway (RuPaul's Drag Race UK Season 3) and Willam (RuPaul's Drag Race Season 4) braved the wet weather in town yesterday to take a tour of Brighton ahead of their new show Death Drop: Back In The Habit arriving next month at Theatre Royal Brighton.

This time for Death Drop: Back in the Habit, directed by Jesse Jones, we meet new characters as the comedy horror mystery tale takes place in the convent of Saint Babs.

New cast members have been announced joining the highly successful UK and Ireland tour of the Tony, Grammy and Olivier Award-winning musical JERSEY BOYS, which is currently on the road and running simultaneously with the smash-hit West End production, playing to packed houses at the newly refurbished Trafalgar Theatre.

Grammy and Tony Award-winning musical JAGGED LITTLE PILL, inspired by the seminal rock album of the same name by seven-time Grammy Award winner Alanis Morissette, will play its final performance in Sydney on Sunday 14 August.

Luke Suri, who is currently playing alternate Frankie Valli on the UK and Ireland tour, will make his West End debut as Frankie Valli in the Tony, Grammy and Olivier Award-winning smash hit musical JERSEY BOYS on 27 July 2022.  The show is now booking to 30 April 2023.

Theatre Royal Sydney is opening its doors to the public after a complete refurbishment that has transformed this iconic 1200 seat historical Australian theatre.

The 115-year-old, 1,144 capacity Edwardian theatre becomes the 12th venue to be run by HQ Theatres, the UK's largest specialist regional theatre operator. Lease arrangements under which HQ will operate the capital city theatre will run for 25 years and existing New Theatre staff will transfer to HQ's employment.

Mountview Academy of Theatre Arts has today announced the appointment of Dame Rosemary Squire, the Joint Chief Executive of Trafalgar Entertainment, to be the next Chairman of Mountview when the current Chairman, Dame Vikki Heywood completes her eight-year term in October of this year.
